With a combined 50 years of experience in the kitchen and in the sale, production and development of gourmet foods, our leadership intends to bring high quality, fresh and frozen, prepared foods to market.
Chefs first, it is about the food at Brett Anthony Foods. With a mission to bring great recipes and products to the ready-made, wholesale foods market, the company is led by company President, Brett Stein, Executive Chef, Don O’Machel and Vice President of Operations, Alex Ghantous.
